MagiQa, Inc. (“MagiQa”, “we”, “us”) operates Fixivo, a mobile workspace for independent handymen and small trade professionals. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and delete information when you use the Fixivo website at fix-ivo.com and the Fixivo mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Account information
- Email address
- Password (stored in hashed form; we do not store plain-text passwords)
- Business name and phone number (optional)
Business data you enter
Fixivo is a tool for managing your trade business. You may store customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, job details, invoices, parts, notes, and messages. You control what you enter. This data is associated with your account.
Photos and files
If you attach photos to jobs, we store those images on our servers to provide the Service.
Location information
If you use route optimization, the app may request your device location while the feature is in use. We do not continuously track your location in the background.
Payment information
Invoice payments may be processed by Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on Fixivo servers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Technical and usage data
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- IP address and server logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service
Website early-access signups
If you join our early-access list on the website, we collect the email and optional details you submit in the form.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure
- Sync your data across devices signed into your account
- Process payments through our payment provider
- Respond to support requests
- Send service-related communications (for example, account or security notices)
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or your customer/job data.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
We process information to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), based on your consent where required (for example, location or photo access), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us host, operate, email, or process payments (for example, cloud hosting, Google Workspace, Stripe)
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required
We do not share your data with advertisers for targeted advertising.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and business data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete associated account and business data from our production systems within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or backup purposes.

You may:
- Access and update profile information in the app
- Delete your account and associated data in the app under Profile → Delete Account
- Delete your account on the web at fix-ivo.com/delete-account.html
- Contact us at hello@fix-ivo.com for privacy requests
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
Fixivo is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. International users
If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
